Growing Green
Students chose green as ±«±·°Õ’s color more than a century ago to gain Mother Nature’s favor. And it’s long been more than a school color to us. It’s a sign of our long-running dedication to being environmentally responsible — from our first research in examining differences in tap water to today's numerous academic programs focused on environmental sustainability to our energy-saving efforts in our eco-friendly buildings. We are and teaching our students to carry on a lifelong commitment to being green.
